FANTASTIC experience at A gem of a hotel!

excellent location helpful staff general cleanliness

The location IS excellent. Everything IS within walking distance. The staff IS always available and helpful. I REALLY appreciated the cleanliness of my room and the hotel generally. Everything FELT fresh and well kept. I appreciated those SMALL details.

The elevator IS small and can BE quite slow at peak times.

The staff provided immediate assistance with every request. They offered quick solutions to problems and displayed genuine care. The service was friendly and efficient. It enhanced my stay SO much.

My room included fresh towels daily and a very comfortable bed. The room had ample storage space, A work desk, and modern furnishings. The rooms are cleaned daily. IT was a delight.

This location is very convenient, with easy access to many local attractions. There are plenty of restaurants and shops just a few minutes away from the hotel. Public transport IS close. It is super useful.

wonderful experience

quick check-in uk plug smooth checkout

i appreciated the quick check-in. the staff provided me with a converter for my uk plug mobile charger. they also allowed me to check in earlier than expected. checkout was smooth and efficient.

the wifi in the room was occasionally inconsistent

musty smell weak shower pressure

the location was acceptable, putting many attractions within walking distance.

the room had a distinct musty smell , likely stemming from poor ventilation. the mattress felt old and worn. the shower pressure was also very weak , and the temperature fluctuated unpredictably.

convenient location friendly staff leaky shower head loose toilet

the location proved quite convenient. the staff greeted everyone warmly upon arrival and departure, which i appreciated.

The shower head leaked, spraying water everywhere. the toilet felt insecure. It was loose when i sat on it.

charming find

clean room daily cleaning quick tram nice gift

location is great. tourist attractions is close, fifteen minute walk or a quick tram ride. staff always help me when i asked something. the rooms is clean daily. they even give little gifts in the room, it was a nice touch.

i wish more outlets exist in the room. phone is hang when charge. shower cabin is small, but the room is still good.
