The location IS excellent. Everything IS within walking distance. The staff IS always available and helpful. I REALLY appreciated the cleanliness of my room and the hotel generally. Everything FELT fresh and well-kept. I appreciated those SMALL details.

i appreciated the quick check-in. the staff provided me with a converter for my uk plug mobile charger. they also allowed me to check in earlier than expected. checkout was smooth and efficient.

the wifi in the room was occasionally inconsistent

the location was acceptable, putting many attractions within walking distance.

the room had a distinct musty smell , likely stemming from poor ventilation. the mattress felt old and worn. the shower pressure was also very weak , and the temperature fluctuated unpredictably.

the location proved quite convenient. the staff greeted everyone warmly upon arrival and departure, which i appreciated.

The shower head leaked, spraying water everywhere. the toilet felt insecure. It was loose when i sat on it.

location is great. tourist attractions is close, fifteen minute walk or a quick tram ride. staff always help me when i asked something. the rooms is clean daily. they even give little gifts in the room, it was a nice touch.

i wish more outlets exist in the room. phone is hang when charge. shower cabin is small, but the room is still good.
